If that goes well we’ll bring you to Indianapolis for follow-up interviews, and if you’re traveling to see us, we’ll coordinate your trip—no need to hire a travel agent. At these interviews, we want to hear about your accomplishments, work experiences, and goals. And we expect you’ll have questions for us, too (like where we keep the fresh coffee).
Our interview process is more marathon than sprint, but hang in there—if you’re selected for the position, you’ll receive an offer letter with all the details you need to know.
