Understanding the distribution of project leads by industry helps to identify economic trends and sectoral growth patterns. We submitted to many leads within the manufacturing industry, agricultural industry, data centers, warehousing, and call centers. The largest number of projects that were submitted were in the warehousing industry and ranged from food manufacturing to EV car manufacturing. We submitted 56 project leads in the manufacturing industry.
Acreage Requirements
Project leads vary significantly based on the acreage requirements, reflecting different types of developments and their spatial needs. In the first half of the year the most requested acreage size was 100+ acres.
Building Size Requirements
The scale of buildings required for projects provides insight into the nature and scope of these developments. In the first half of the year the most submitted building size requirement was 0-50,000 SF.
